Welcome to Guest Assist
A free accessibility companion for blind, low-vision, and mobility-limited restaurant guests. It reads the menu aloud, describes your plate or check from a photo, and connects you with host and server staff at the restaurant.
- At the table. Open your Guest Assist table link or QR code to connect table details, server details, and menu/check tools.
- Not seated yet. Use the host help form below. The first request creates your own private Guest Assist link on this phone right away.
- Camera help. After staff connects your first table session, photo description turns on for 1 hour on this private link. Then you can tap a mode like plate, menu, check, or table and hear one photo aloud.
- Safe by design. Guest Assist never replaces staff, a cane, a guide dog, or emergency help, and it does not confirm allergens, payment, or walking paths.
