Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating an account or using HETable at hetable.com you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. "HospiEdge" or "we" refers to the company that operates HETable. "You" refers to the restaurant operator or authorized user.
The service
HETable is a restaurant operations platform providing host-stand management, reservations, waitlist, floor planning, team assignment, self-seat, kiosk, reporting, and connected front-of-house workflows. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with unauthorized users.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@hetable.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through the service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the service in a way that could damage or impair the platform or other users' access to it
Subscription and billing
- Access to HETable requires a paid subscription per restaurant location.
- Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support@hetable.com for billing questions.
- If payment fails your access will be suspended after a grace period.
Your data
- You own your restaurant and guest data.
- You grant HospiEdge a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
- We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- You may export your data at any time by contacting support@hetable.com.
- Upon account cancellation your data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then deleted.
Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including hosting provider outages, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HospiEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination all licenses granted to you end immediately.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HospiEdge is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
